In the case of an internal bookkeeper you may provide us with the ledger and corresponding trial balance, and after assessment, we will do the necessary adjustments and thereafter draft the Annual Financial Statements. ABOUT US
LC Accounting is a SAIBA and SAIT registered business, that is able to manage all your company’s tax obligations, such as provisional tax, corporate tax, tax on trusts, personal tax, dividend with-holding tax, employees tax, VAT, IRP 5’s, payroll and tax clearance numbers.
EMP201 – Monthly submissions of all personal taxes deducted from employees (to be paid over to SARS.)
VAT201 – Value Added Tax if registered / declared
EMP501 – the summary of every 6 months of Pay As You Earn (PAYE) paid over by Employers and the generation of the IRP5 (Tax Certificates) for each employee
Basically LC Accounting will represent and handle all client’s needs in respect of disputes with SARS (Audits and Objections).
VAT, PAYE, Etc.
LC Accounting also specialises in assisting our clients in being up to date on their monthly / annual obligations to SARS, Labour Department, Workmen’s Compensation, bargaining council etc.
Our company secretarial department will ensure your commitments to The South African Companies and intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) are met.
We will register your company, do amendments when necessary, for example change of directors or members of CC’s, pay your annual returns etc. issue Share certificates, Prepare Minutes of meetings etc.
